Pete joined the Inclusion Homes Board in September 2025 and has been with Inclusion since 2010, formerly Chair of Inclusion Housing Pete now holds the position of Inclusion Group Chair and INsted Chair.
Sarah Waters joined Inclusion in November 2010. Before joining our team, Sarah was the CEO of a non-profit housing organisation specialising in supported living for vulnerable adults.
Parveen has founded and is currently the CEO of two successful property lettings and development companies in Leamington Spa.
