Joanna re-joined Inclusion in 2020. Joanna is a highly experienced Managing Director from Travel, Retail and Aviation sectors with a wealth of transferable skills and expertise operating at Board level.
Accomplished at leading businesses through periods of change, transformation and transition; comfortable working within a range of regulatory frameworks. Joanna also holds non-executive positions with The Regenda Group and Local Development Partnerships. Joanna was the Chief Commercial Officer at Leeds Bradford Airport, previously she was Director of Customer Services for Thomas Cook Airlines, before moving to Thomas Cook Group plc as Managing Director for UK Retail.
Joanna is the Inclusion Homes CIC Chair and a member of the Group Governance & Remuneration Committee.
