Guru joined Inclusion in 2015 following a successful 32-year career in the public and social housing sector. Previously a Board member of Inclusion Housing, Guru is now an Inclusion Group Director and is Chair of the group Governance & Remuneration Committee.
Before joining us, he spent 15 years in a senior management role with Broadacres Housing Association. In 2016 he was appointed as Chair of Catalyst a voluntary community and social enterprise organisation that provides specialist support to voluntary agencies on Teesside.
Guru recognises and appreciates the critical role that affordable housing plays in meeting the needs of diverse communities and the contribution it makes to local communities and individuals in need of specialist housing.
Guru is also the Chair and Trustee of Inclusion Foundation.
