Pete has been with Inclusion since the inception of the organisation and has more than forty years’ experience working in the social housing sector and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Guru joined Inclusion in 2015 following a successful 32-year career in the public and social housing sector.
Guru is also the Chair and Trustee of Inclusion Foundation.
Tony joined Inclusion in 2018 and has significant, senior level expertise gained in the private and public sectors.
Ruth joined Inclusion in October 2019 and was appointed Inclusion Housing Chair in December 2020.
Sarah Waters joined Inclusion in November 2010. Before joining our team, Sarah was the CEO of a non-profit housing organisation specialising in supported living for vulnerable adults. Sarah is Managing Director of Inclusion Homes and group Business Director.
Neil is the group Chief Executive and has extensive senior management experience of more than 20 years in housing
