Paul Atkins

Property Director

Paul Atkins joined us in December 2015 from the York Housing Association where he was the Development and Property Director.

Paul has worked in the property development industry for more than 30 years rising through the building trades and spending a number of years as a senior site manager in the private sector.

Paul then spent more than 10 years at Yorkshire Housing before leaving his post as Senior Development Manager to take up a directors post. Paul is a Chartered Construction Manager with the CIOB and holds a BSc Hons degree in construction management. Paul also spent a number of years working as a part time lecturer in construction management at York College.
