Sarah Waters joined Inclusion in November 2010. Before joining our team, Sarah was the CEO of a non-profit housing organisation specialising in supported living for vulnerable adults. Sarah is Managing Director of Inclusion Homes and group Business Director.

As a result, Sarah has 18 years’ high-level experience of the specialist supported housing sector. Expertise ranges from negotiating nominations agreements and leasing arrangements with commissioning and funding partners, dealing with housing benefit exempt accommodation negotiations and project management of new business from inception to occupancy.

Sarah is a central figure to our business and helps to shape and implement our evolving systems, policies and procedures.
