We are delighted to again announce that not only have we retained our CSE award for Customer Service, we have also improved further on last year’s dual compliance plus award by gaining Compliance Plus recognition for 3 service areas as noted below:

  • Demonstrating our commitment to developing and delivering customer focused services through our recruitment and development policies for staff
  • Developing co-ordinated working arrangements with our partners that ensure customers have clear lines of accountability for quality of service
  • Interacting within wider communities and demonstrating the ways in which we support the community
